  The guy working the counter on Saturday morning 2/14/2026 around 10:30 needs to work on communication skills. I requested a receipt on the screen as I was paying but wasn’t given one and thought maybe he will give the receipt when the drink is ready. Instead when I asked for it he then says the printers aren’t working. Should’ve told me earlier! So I asked for him to email or text it to me and he says he will at the other end of the store. He pokes the screen for a few seconds then tells me he needs to print it out from the computer in the back. By now we’ve waited 10 minutes for the receipt while my wife finishes her drink. When I ask him again he says then manager will be in at 11:30, which is 40 minutes from that point! Why didn’t you communicate that earlier?

  Certainly this is one of the best shops of Jamba Juice in all the area of Los Angeles California. Since you go in to this location, you can feel a friendly Atmosphere; The Service to the customer is exceptional, the rapidity with that they attend you and prepare your orders are excellent; But the best of everything is that when preparing your drinks, they follow the recipes step by step, the flavours are always consistent, never change, without mattering the one who prepare them. I had a bad experience in a shop that apparently is merged with Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon, in the city of El Centro California and the flavours of the Smoothies of Jamba Juice are horrible; I hope that this type of fusion never happens in this place.

  I got the white gummy bear and the girl working was great. She made it really fast and it came out delicious as always.

  Service was awesome! I didnt get her name but the girl who helped us the morning of 12/1/25 was the best!
