    My coworker and I ordered lunch through Grubhub from Chick-fil-A, and unfortunately the experience was pretty frustrating. When our order arrived, we realized we had received someone else’s food, even though our receipt was taped to the bag. It’s pretty clear that the mix-up happened in the store, since the delivery driver isn’t the one taping receipts to sealed bags. Somehow the wrong order was packed but labeled with our receipt. What made the situation more disappointing was the response when I called the store. I was told they couldn’t take a complaint because the order was placed through Grubhub. Even though the mistake clearly appeared to happen in the restaurant, they didn’t seem interested in helping or looking into it. The really unfortunate part is that this isn’t the first time it’s happened — it’s actually the second time we’ve received the wrong order from this location. I understand that mistakes can happen, especially during busy hours, but a little accountability or willingness to help would have gone a long way. Hopefully the store improves their order-checking process so this doesn’t keep happening to other customers.

    Seems lately like what was once a really good fast food chicken sandwich is now serving up real juicy big southern fried chicken in a perfect sandwich along with a spicy chicken sandwich that especially recent is actually extremely well flavor spiced and Nashville hot on the spicy level. Keeps getting better and they were already a 5 star joint.

    Myself and a co-worker ordered thru Grub Hub and received someone elses order, yet my receipt was taped to the bag. Now I know the Grub Hub driver doesn't go around taping bags and receipts together so this happened IN THE STORE. When I called Chick-Fil-A they did not care at all. They said cannot take a complaint on any Grub Hub orders. Even if Grub Hub was not at fault and the store was. Sad thing is, is that this is the second time this has happened from this store.

    Worst customer service experience. I placed a breakfast mobile order WAY before 10:30 am. By the time I got to the location the staff insisted and argued with me that I did not click "I'm here" in order to get my food. Instead of remedying the situation, Yesenia or Yelisifia I believe her name was kept going back and forth with me how I misread the instructions. No where on the website does it state customer MUST click "I'm here" in order to get your food. She needs retaining on customer service because clearly she has no clue how to be an exceptional employee and puts Chick-fil-A to shame.
