Was supposed to get 6 containers of meat we got 5, was supped to get hard taco shells and tortillas for 12 people - we got 3 tortillas and no shells. We received several containers of lettuce which was more than we ordered, it was not well done to say the least. Tipped twice on the order and when I picked up. Worst part and salt in the wound was we Called corporate after Xmas to get refund and a week later after talking to corporate support from somewhere around the country not at the local store, we received an email saying we are free to go pick up the shells at the store today. What good does that do? Do I mail them to all my visiting Xmas guests who returned home last week?

- LCL CDec 13, 20252.0I understand this is a new location but having people wait in the Chipotlane for almost 20 minutes for 3 cars total is a problem. My food was ready but there was no one to hand it to me. I had to wave someone down and instead of apologizing she made me feel bad for interrupting what she was doing. I asked if it was normal to have to wait so long if you use the chipotlane and she said something to the extent of “everyone is waiting, we’re busy.” I would understand if they got a sudden rush and my food wasn’t ready, but it was ready and sitting there for 20 minutes, just getting cold. Also I paid for a side of chips and got 7 chips. 7. The rest of the food was great, just cold. Probably best to skip the drive thru lane. And I wouldn’t pay $3 for 7 chips again.
