The order pickup here is the worst process. They don’t put the orders out to grab anymore because I’m assuming people were stealing so they move them behind the counter… but then there’s also no one there to get the order for you. Would take shorter time just waiting in line to order.
I ordered a burrito from the app and I finally get to pick it up and I get home and it’s actually a burrito bowl.. how do you mess that up?

I was in a line 8 people deep. There were 5 employees working, but only 1 of them was helping customers. Everyone else just ignored how backed-up it was.
