    worst experience ever in my life their customer service is very very badd never suggest this place to other people i wait for just one burrito and a bowl for 35 minutes they are sooo slow employees keep busy in their gossips, noone cares for their customers

    Worst chipotle i ever seen…zero customer service I wait for my order there for 45 minutes and after that they said we are out of those rice … the girl who prepares the online orders is crazy she make me feel so bad .. after i go there more than 15 people come after me and they all get there orders bcoj i m indian .. she is helping everyone else except me. The worst service of my life i ever recieve

    Food is expensive and they barely give any. Also double charged me for a meal. Took away my points on the app for a free bowl and charged my card for the same bowl.
