- JMJason McClain (The McClain)Mar 29, 20265.0This might seem odd to leave a review for it but an employee with the name tag Luis just made a breakfast burrito with such care and precision and professionalism that I actually was moved it's rare you see somebody care about putting something together in just that way these days. It's weird to say he seemed like a cratsman over something as simple as a breakfast burrito but he was amazing. I've only ever had this experience once before and it was somebody who owned a Falafel stand in the Haight Ashbury District of San Francisco ... but that was 15 years ago. Luis is an asset. I'm getting on the BART station and I'm going to the airport but I'm glad I stopped here.

I went to the Martinez Safeway around 1:30 pm and they didn't have any and told me they sold 40 cases by 9am. That was hard to believe. I went to the Safeway near the bartender station and they didn't have any and I was told they sold out 1 hour before I came. Im 100% convinced they never had any salmon at $5/lb. Oh, they would not give me a rain check. Both Safeway stores had salmon in the refrigerator case but would not sell them for $5/lb. So, if you see an advertised sale at Safeway, there is a good chance it is false advertising.
