Employees were in the back chit chatting. They looked at me and kept talking expecting me to do their job for them and type in my order on their kiosk and figure out bathroom code myself. Walked out and went to in and out across street. Clean open bathrooms and tons of employees eager to help

I was a little irritated and walked back to the restaurant. I was sure I hit the no lettuce button on the self checkout tablet, however the woman working behind the counter showed me that I had in fact not hit the no lettuce option. I was fully prepared to buy 3 more tacos, when the owner step in and offered to remake my tacos without lettuce. He was very gracious and professional. I feel bad that my mistake cost them, but I truly appreciate the great service. I will be sure to return to this location on my frequent road trips through Southern California.
