We ordered HALF salads and on the menu they were priced at $9.49. However, when we looked at the receipt later, it showed we were charged $11.49 for each. We did not order anything "extra" or asked for something outrageous. When we asked the employees, they appeared confused but then said it was because we ordered off the "choose two" menu. NOWHERE on the menu does it say that if we order from the "choose two" menu we would pay more if we didn't choose two!! So, let me get this straight...we weren't that hungry, so we ordered HALF of a salad and because we did not choose a second item, we got charged an extra $2 for each salad??!!! What??!! Since the employees could not really explain the charge, I reached out to PB customer service and got the runaround as well. Doesn't this seem like pretty shady business practices? We paid MORE for less food!! GOODBYE Panera Bread!!
