    The death of a great American franchise. Charging way too much and not paying employees enough won’t be eating here anymore. Mind you in 2020 I was eating four for fours and five dollar biggie bags. In 2026 you can get a fries and a sandwich for six dollars. Pound sand

    I had a really frustrating experience at Wendy’s that I feel people should know about. I ordered the $6 Biggie Bag, and when I got home after a long day of work, I realized they completely forgot to include the sandwich — the main item. It’s not like it was a small mistake; that’s literally the core of the meal. On top of that, it didn’t seem like they even checked or verified the order before handing it off. What made things worse was how the situation was handled. When I called the store to let them know, instead of being polite or trying to fix the issue, the employee argued with me and said I should have mentioned it earlier. That response was honestly disappointing. As a customer, I expect at least basic respect and accountability when something goes wrong. I understand places can get busy, especially near closing time, but rushing orders and sacrificing accuracy and customer service is not okay. After a long day, the last thing anyone wants is to drive all the way back because their order wasn’t done correctly — and then be treated poorly on top of it. Very disappointed with the service and the lack of professionalism. I hope management takes situations like this more seriously.

    Passing on way home to oceanside and stopped to get food dor me and my son. Lady stood there for about 10 min b4 asking for pur order .. after 15 min of waiting finally got order .. fries cold, way toooo sLty , nuggets little hard like they been sitting and burger was not made right .. not good first impression of this location
