- LJLuke JoshuaMar 3, 20261.0visited the Subway restaurant on Broadway to get a sandwich, and unfortunately, my experience was not pleasant. The first employee who took my order was unprofessional. She slid my bread across the counter near the trash area, which I found very unsanitary and disrespectful. It did not feel like she cared about cleanliness or customer service. The second employee, a Mexican lady working near the Willow Road side, was also very rude. She was dropping the sauces and handling the ingredients with attitude, almost throwing them, for no clear reason. Her behavior felt angry and impatient. Good customer service is extremely important in any business. Customers should be treated with respect and patience. When employees act rudely and handle food carelessly, it creates a very negative experience and can hurt the business. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving professionalism and customer service. I would consider visiting again if the service improves.
