- NMNorah M6 days ago3.0It was just kind of dirty. The counters were visibly dirty, the coffee bar wasn’t stocked. It feels like a lack of effort. I’ve been in El Centro for the last week and there is a lot of contrast to the El Centro Panera Bread, which seems to be a bit busier but much cleaner & welcoming.

Called and they offered to take my name so when I came in I could get a pastry or refund the money for the sandwich. Refund the money!!! Will not order from them again at least for delivery!!!!

I got the annual rate on the sip club membership and Panera Bread is my go to place for casual hangouts with friends or family and low key business meetings and studying or even a quick pit stop when I am out and about.

Wish I would've taken a picture of the food (Mac & cheese, chicken Fuji apple salad) but l was hungry and it was so good! The almond pastry was a bit tough and dry but the dragonfruit energy refresher...DELICIOUS!!!
