  first of all, why can’t I reach your number? It says that it is a number that does not work anymore. Secondly, you guys scammed me out of food I paid for two number eight orders and I only got one number eight order so I paid $40 worth of food and I only got half of it and I can’t reach you

  Worst customer service at a McDonald's that I have ever seen. On the 2nd morning I went there the manager Miriam was at the window handing out food was making me very uncomfortable by staring at me with that weird look in her eyes like I'm some kind of alien. It felt like she had the whole worries of the world on the head. Not a single word she spoke , no hello no thank you, nothing. She is not fit for a customer service position at all. They gonna lose business like that.

  Miriam the manager she’s very unprofessional and has no customer service experience with either customers she has nasty attitude and while we were sitting and eating she kept on looking at me and my daughter with a nasty look I waited 15 minutes for a ice cream cone and then she finally brings it and I said it took 15 minutes for a ice cream cone she gave the worst attitude ever she was like there is nothing we can do about it when we are busy.
