    Pleasant employees. Not the cleanest place ever. Long wait for 2 mini chicken wraps. They were kinda warm, kinda cold.taste was fine.

    I had a really frustrating experience at McDonald’s recently. I placed an order at the drive-thru and paid with my card without any issues. However, when I pulled up to the second window to pick up my ice cream, I was suddenly told that they didn’t even have the items I had just ordered. It was extremely disappointing and inconvenient, especially since they had already charged my card. The only solution they offered was to refund the money, which meant wasted time sitting in line for nothing. This kind of lack of communication and organization is unacceptable. Overall, it was a horrible experience, and I won’t be going back again.

    They never get our order right. We never ask for anything special. They just are not thorough at checking orders. CHECK THE ORDERS please!! Especially the fries/hashbrowns. You guys keep forgetting to add them to the meals. What in the world? It's a meal. Dear manager, talk to your team members how to expo. Show them how. Lead by example. Ridiculous how often the orders are jacked up from this location.

    On Tuesday, February 5th around 12:15 PM, we stopped by this location and unfortunately had a frustrating experience. The lady at the first window was very friendly, which I appreciated. However, the Hispanic lady at the second window had a noticeably unfriendly attitude. We were given the wrong order, and after driving away for 10-15 mins, we realized it was wrong and drove back. When we returned, the Hispanic lady at the second window with unfriendly attitude asked for the incorrect item back and immediately threw it away. That felt unnecessary, especially after I made an additional trip back. Have to say, it was such an easy order and this kind of mistake shouldn't even happened if SHE PAYS ATTENTION. I get it though, human error happens, it was just how this lady handled makes a big difference in the overall experience. She should not work in customer service😏
