  Mcdonald's is Mcdonald's and the food is always the same, but i can sometimes see why they're one of the main ones with a bad reputation. Went in to dine-in and saw a family at the front waiting for almost 10 minutes to get service. When I approached to grab someone's attention and I see employees just looking to our direction but not even making an effort to see what we needed. One came and said, "I'm at the drive through". The only thought that came to mind was, "this girl wants me to figure it out for them" Give me management and I'll run that place with my eyes closed. Mcdonald's needs to do better! There are more customers than drive-through and apps! 🤬

  I wanted to leave a positive review because I really appreciate the customer service I have received on repeated occasions from this location. I suffer from extreme anxiety and utilize the curbside Optionas an excellent resource. I just wanted to say that I really appreciate you guys for bringing my food out to me and the customer service that I have always received. Anytime I’ve ordered french fries from here they’ve always been fresh and crispy and nice and hot, which I really appreciate. All the food to be honest is always been cooked fresh and to order including hamburgers. My favorite is the quarter pounder, the french fries, and the iced coffees. Any time that I need to get out of the house for an escape, I like coming here parking curbside, and getting myself a treat. Which so far every experience here has been great! I’ve had trouble with locations closer to my house so I drive out of my way to come here. Thank you you guys

  5 star location and food with clean and nice areas to sit. Person and manager on the phone today wouldn't help me find a way to get the owner to call me after discrimination care and asking for cameras in front of your store where I keep getting injured also a leak nearby Have owner call me please Lady Remove the bad cookies from management and I warned I will charge until follow up... Otherwise I always love mcFDs I'm always at your restaurant so I don't be now until I can get the footage Asked the manager to send it to the police or to the civil rights department for me if possible and hung up on a few times so I'll try the next shift. I'm disabled so I should stop going to normal places as you have no educators to help you with the suffering of poor answers to help an injured client who was unable to return to your store... Respond after finding call and video as I will purchase and need copy for my business of advocacy in San Diego as soon as I pay my certificate again! Due! Is homeless lady year but I'm daughter of a very well known family and we had the first black governor at his home as I wish it was me....   This place is ridiculous. Showed up when you were still open, at 10:55 and nobody wanted to answer the drive thru. Saw people walking around, literally yelled twice “heyyy” just in case they couldn’t see me and they flat out ignored me. I called the store twice and they didn’t answer. I’ll be calling corporate tomorrow about this experience. If it says you’re open, you should be open for business. That’s how a business works. If I could give it zero stars I would. Avoid this place
