Not one person knows how to use the page button on the phone to page a manager, store director, or anyone in charge. Workers are LESS than friendly and have zero knowledge about the store let alone where anything is or how to even get ahold of a manager (who I was hoping knew more than the workers). I heard the girl working in self checkout talk to an elderly customer so horribly. She was yelling and complaining about how she wanted the line formed for self checkout LOL and the guy said “I know I know” and she said “but you really DONT know” like wow. If I talked to a customer like that ever in my store I would be scolded by management. The next time I went in I heard a different lady at self checkout talking with another employee having a personal conversation and cussing up a storm. They don’t even acknowledge the customers unless they are trying to dictate how they want them to stand in line. Not one employee tells you thank you or have a good day or anything. When you go to grab a bag they side eye you. When you ask them a question they act slow and brainless. Went to Ralph’s instead to do the rest of our shopping and wow the difference in customer service was actually crazy. The self checkout lady at Ralph’s offered us bags and brought them to us. Came by and asked if we needed help and told us to have a great day when we were done. I don’t understand this Vons store at all but I definitely gave them a ZERO on the survey on the pin pad and will probably never return.

Has a great selection of products, does carry Kevita. Sells poweraid and Gatorade as well. Bathroom was gross and had literal pee in puddles all over the floors, (not the only time) in desperate need of a remodel.

I dont enjoy being followed everytime I go in. Really rude and don't greet. Just follow and stare me down. Not cool. Im going to any other place but here now. I spent $70 dollars and got stared at as i left. No "have a good day" or anything. Just stared me down the whole time. Super hostile environment. I really felt uncomfortable from this experience and everytime I go in. Thanks for treating an everyday customer like they are crap and they are no good.
