This new wanna be cafe taste just as terrible as there coffee than they usually sell. I got a mex hot cocoa and it is absolutely the worse. Taste like coffee- mate syrup. Just awful 🤢

I wait in the long line for drive thru, my whole order was disappointing. I didn’t want to wait in the long line again for a refund. My hard shell taco was literally broken into five pieces, I should have had a fork to eat it with at that point, but they did not even give me a fork, which I should have had a fork considering I ordered the fiesta potatoes. My triple layer beef nachos had a max of 7 chips and they were cracked with cold beef. I’m new to California, but the other Taco Bell’s I have experienced here I had a much better experience & quality of food. I was so upset. I only leave reviews when I share positive experiences, but I was so upset about this experience I had to write a review about it. Taco Bell is good wherever you go, you can count on good quality, and well put together food. So I am highly disappointed.
