I visited this McDonald's location today, and I want to give special thanks to Karin.
She was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming in a way that truly stood out. Her positive attitude and great customer service made my visit much more enjoyable.

Worst customer service. Clearly they don't care given the "district regional manager" Juliana is condescending and demeaning. Who knows if that was her real name since none of the visible staff wore name tags, which makes sense given their poor attitude.

I work down the street from this location and I can truly say they are horrible!! I ordered breakfast today and first they gave me the wrong order, i ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese mcgriddles and a mcmuffin. They gave me two deluxe breakfast. then when i returned them, after driving back to work, and they then only gave me two sausage mcriddles, wrong again! not only do they always get the orders wrong but they also are always understaffed and they take forever to give me my order. every time i go through the drive through 9 out of 10 times I have to wait for them to finish after i’ve gone through the drive through. This location is atrocious and needs to get it, right.

A coworker was going to McDonalds and asked if I wanted anything. I went onto my McDonalds app and ordered a Mcflurry. When my coworker drove to this McDonalds, they would not give him the item, even I selected on my phone "I am here" and sent a screen shot to him to show the staff. The staff at McDonlads stated that the phone of the order must be there, and they would not give my coworker the mcflurry. Since they would not give him the item, we asked for cancelation, and the staff stated that I had to do it on the app. The app states "Since your item has been started, you cannot cancel." There is no spot for feedback or refunds on the app, so I will be disputing the charge and never going to this McDonalds again.
Update: McDonalds reply was to use a customer feedback page. I have attempted to 4 times, and everytime I get an error "Page not found. Something went wrong".
