Went inside to swap for fresh fries and they gave me the exact same style of fries, over cooked, burnt and extra oily. If you see the fries coming out that way, change the oil for the fries, it's old and burnt. I don't know if she was the manager but she rolled her eyes when I called her out on the fries and gave me attitude, while I was very polite about the whole situation. Going to McDonald's and get fries you'd expect the golden crisp fries 🍟, fries are McDonald's bread and butter. The manager should check her stations instead of taking pictures on Snapchat at the front counter. Was our go to spot but I guess whoever took over needs to check there workers and managers. Got me refund for the food. Never going back to this location. Horrible!!!
