Stopped going here because of the Religious signs allowed to be hung out front on the company’s property. I have stopped going to this location and have considered stopping support of this company entirely since you choose to allow religious propaganda onto your private property where i only wanted to buy food, not have some random person’s fate shoved down my throat. Do better mcdonalds.

I am writing to provide feedback on my recent experiences at your McDonalds location. I want to preface this by saying that I am not looking to have anyone fired, im sure they have families and rely own thier job but rather to bring some observations to your attention as a regular customer who values your business.
I've noticed a recurring pattern of cleanliness and service issues, particularly during the evening shifts. For example, on one occasion, a young female employee who had just handled trash attempted to serve me food without washing her hands. Similarly, I've seen an employee who was mopping the floor attempt to serve food directly afterward without proper hand hygiene. There is also a young male employee whose appearance often seems unkempt, and he frequently appears disoriented. The dining area often goes unattended in the evenings, which has led me to try and avoid visiting at that time.
These experiences are disappointing, especially considering the investment you've made in renovations in the past. If I were the owner, I would be concerned about the operational standards.
On a positive note, I consistently observe excellent service from a specific female employee with red hair, likely in her twenties or early thirties. She is always efficient, professional, smiling, and joyful. I genuinely hope she is working whenever I visit, as her service consistently stands out. Additionally, I've always found the bathrooms to be clean.
Last night, my order of a double cheeseburger without any modifications was incorrect multiple times, which was frustrating.
I understand that some service protocols are challenging to instill in certain individuals, as it often comes down to their inherent approach to customer service and hygiene. I hope this feedback is helpful for improving the overall customer experience.

After going through the drive-through and requesting my food to be well done, they gave me a half cooked sausage McMuffin, which made us extremely sick when I went to get a refund it was supposed to give me $10 but instead she pocketed the extra money and only gave me seven super crazy experience I would not recommend eating here because one they do not give out receipts until they decide how much they’re actually gonna give you in return
