Drive thru young lady is rude. She didn’t even give me any napkins or condiments. Definitely not a go to spot. She had make up all over my cup from touching her face. They need to work on their customer service.

Long waiting lines. No ketchups offered or given in our orders. Who wouldn’t want Ketchup for a McDonald’s mea. Waiting 40 minutes and not being able to enjoy your meal for the lack of Ketchups, and on top of the no straws. Guess no one would refrain for going to this McDonald, but just want to mention how incompetent is. Maybe they’re short staffed, who knows. Not blaming the few employees. Blaming the greedy of the owners in no hiring more employees

As we were driving up, there was several police officers arriving tesponding to a possible fire, turned out to be a transient causing a disturbance.

Ordered through the app because it showed it would be open till midnight. Got there at 1050. Nobody answered the speaker. Pull up the window. A worker is right next to the window. Mopping and purposely not looking at me. I knock in the window wave. Nothing I do so l see an old sign that shows they close at 11. I still have a few minutes but they refuse to acknowledge me. They don't cancel my order. Why wouldn't they have corporate change their hours in the app? Why wouldn't they at least apologize to me instead of pretending I am not there and pretending they never got my order?
Followup: the response I get is. Nothing. I got an email saying it's independently owned. No apology. No attempt at making things right. Told it will be forwarded and nothing. They literally do no care that they did wrong.
