- ECElizabeth CarrSep 28, 20253.0Been going to this Jamba Juice for many years as it's 1 of my favorite stores, but recently moved to a rural area so I only get to stop by occasionally when I'm visiting family. So September 2025 was the 1st time I'd been by since 2024. It's Pumpkin Smash season after all so I wanted to get my favorite smoothie while I was in town. My lactose intolerance is so severe that I can't risk getting anything with milk in it because diary literally makes me blackout from a migraine, & I'm not exaggerating when I say that either. Anyways I asked for a Plantbased Pumpkin Smash only to be told they didn't have 1 of the ingredients. I 4get if it was the ice cream or the milk, but 1 of them they didn't have in their plant based version. So I was in town again a couple weeks later for Jury Duty & stopped by to see if they had the ingredients in yet. Except this time they told me that not only did they not have the ingredients in, but they also weren't ever going to be able to get the ingredients for the Plantbased Pumpkin Smash because of an issue with their computer system preventing them from being able to make the order for it. Which is odd to me because they can get the ingredients for all their other recipes & their seasonal 1s, but not this 1 single ingredient? How can an ordering system work like that? Anyways my oldie, but goodie go-to smoothie the Vanilla Blue Sky has also been removed from the menu. I asked the employees about it & they said it's no longer served, because they don't do the Spirulina anymore. Which is disappointing, but again they still couldn't make it without the Spirulina for me because of a lack of ingredients. So I've been going to the other smoothie shop in the mall where they can do plant based drinks for me without issue

You can bet I didn’t get a smile or greeting when I came in. Definitely didn’t wanna Overpay after that experience lol Give somebody my money that already hates me! And way overpriced I was shocked! Hopefully everybody boycott this location and they go out of business. If I’m gonna overpay, you would think I could at least get some decent customer service.. I will never be back. The cashiers probably glad.. quite the sad world we are living in
