I can't imagine it would've taken that long to turn on the oven for a few items when there were no other cars in the drive thru or in the store

I asked for a peppermint mocha iced coffee and just got a mocha ice coffee. Plus a regular coffee, the kid poured the coffee but didn't give it to us at the same time. Instead he was talking to some customer. The boy was nice. But come on specially when there is a line. And on top of all this I bought a card online to spend on all my stuff.
