I came in wanting a big boy burrito — something I’ve ordered at other locations with no problem — and the staff acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. Instead of trying to help or explain anything, they were rude, dismissive, and honestly just seemed completely untrained. The whole vibe felt unprofessional. The employees looked confused about their own menu, nobody communicated, and it felt like they were annoyed just because I asked a simple question. On top of that, the place didn’t look clean at all, which made everything worse. Overall, the customer service was rude, the workers were unexperienced, and the environment was uncomfortable. Definitely not coming back to this location.
