I placed my order at 2:40 PM but didn’t receive my food until around 3:15 PM. After waiting in my car for an unusually long time, I decided to go inside to check on my order. To my surprise, I found the staff scraping the bottom of the pan, which suggested they were not adequately prepared for the volume of customers. This is particularly frustrating to see from a reputed restaurant like Chipotle. When I finally got my food, it was excessively salty. I noticed the employee making my order mess up on several details, and I had to step in to correct her while I waited. Additionally, they were out of several key ingredients that I would expect Chipotle to have readily available. Overall, my food was cold and did not match my order, leaving me very dissatisfied with my experience. I would like a refund or at least a free order to make up for this.
