I came in to support the company, but they completely behaved like I was an inconvenience just to order. There's no need that a customer be treated that way, least of all by people who work under the name of Baskin Robbins.

It got so bad that he even broke down crying, which completely ruined what should've been a special treat. Getting ice cream should totally be a fun time, but the way we were treated was just plain rude and not cool at all. I really hope the management takes care of this because no one—especially kids—should feel like that in a place like Baskin Robbins.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
