The portions were sloppy, the scoops fell apart, and they acted like they didn’t even want to be there. For a place that’s supposed to make people happy, the whole experience was frustrating and disappointing. I’ve never seen service this unprofessional at an ice cream shop.

I had recently finished high school and stopped by to get some ice cream. It was empty as I walked into the store, and they were just sitting there glued to their screens. Instead of saying hello or even being slightly respectful, they actually laughed in me and started calling me "annoying." It was really shocking and, frankly, so embarrassing. I came in to support the company, but they completely behaved like I was an inconvenience just to order. There's no need that a customer be treated that way, least of all by people who work under the name of Baskin Robbins.

He was just all excited running around asking about the various flavors, like any kid would, yet instead of being laid back or accommodating, they completely snapped at him and made him feel super uneasy. It got so bad that he even broke down crying, which completely ruined what should've been a special treat. Getting ice cream should totally be a fun time, but the way we were treated was just plain rude and not cool at all. I really hope the management takes care of this because no one—especially kids—should feel like that in a place like Baskin Robbins.

Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
