I haven't shopped at this location in a very long time because of issues in the past and online delivery/ pickup issues it sucks. He is impossible to ignore because if you enter the store he will make sure to greet you individually, he will give you a pleasant smile and a wave as you leave. He is excellent because no matter how many people are coming in or going out he somehow manages to acknowledge them all in a calm and relaxed way. He is excellent because anyone can do a good job every now and then, but Melvin has one setting: Excellence. And it's on 24/7. People like him inspire me to raise my own standards. I truly hope he is recognized and rewarded accordingly by the powers that be, because people like him, make this store, a place one wants to come back to. Thank you Melvin, your excellent work does not go unnoticed!!!
