However, the drive-thru line can get really long during peak hours, so be prepared to wait a bit. Overall, it's a decent spot to grab a quick caffeine fix.

Horrible absolutely đź’Ż avoid. Go to another location if possible. Or avoid the chain altogether and go to Better Buzz for an amazing Coffee and service. Music blaring through the drive through is absolutely horrible as well and mostly inappropriate. Seems like management is a 17 year old. The one saving grace is they compd the Coffee. Still won't come back.

She literally argued with my husband and I and then sighed and stomped off. She had a terrible attitude the entire interaction. She should be grateful that this is not my store Because she has no business being in customer service at all and she would not have a job. I frequently go to the dutch bros in lake elsinore and always have completely different experience.The nicest most polite people. So maybe that's where I messed up was expecting that service at another location.Good luck!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
