Walked in no greeting of a hi welcome in or anything, proceeded to walk to the counter and stood for 15 mins with 10 workers all staring at me like I’m out of place but you guys are open and with no lack in workers should have at least had one of you ready to take an order. I don’t even write many reviews but this is just terrible customer service overall and the owner or manager needs to look at themselves and then go and work on their team

The food is alway lukewarm way bellow the standard 165, I went in for a chipotle burrito and found myself with super dry meat without the barbacoa meet juice. And when I asked about the food quality and why it was missing the meat juice I was given a strange look. Another thing worth noting was ... the music was very loud and could barely communicate with the kitchen staff. The cleanliness is also an issue with dirty trays, dirty counter and the same dirty rag being used for everything. I felt bad for the people eating there and even for employees working there in those conditions. Health inspector needs to go check that place out ASAP.
