  They ALWAYS get the mobile orders WRONG!! I’m so tired of trying, this is the 5th time I order here and every single time it has been made wrong. I always ask for the same thing a tuna bowl with extra lettuce extra spinach extra cucumbers extra tomatoes and CHEESE as you can see in the receipt and you can see how I receive the bowl, it’s half way no cheese and no extra vegetables. 🤨 Once they did it on sandwich instead of the salad and had to wait extra 15min when I placed an order 1hr before the pick up time.

  The woman working at night, an Indian lady, was wearing AirPods and didn't hear me when I walked in. I had to wait 15 minutes for two sandwiches. No one else was there until a customer arrived, and she prioritized attending to her first. Subway, step up ur game, it's time to improve your service and attend to customers more quickly.

  Came in 10:35pm 3/24 to pick up order. This lady was wearing airpods and walked away when she saw me. Order wasn’t ready And she told me to wait 5’ . Another customer walked in and she attended to the other customer first. Very unprofessional and bad customer service.
