    CONSISTENCY GETTING MY ORDER WRONG AND TAKE FOREVER TOO! i ordered a hot sandwich and gave me something else completely different and when they corrected it, it came to me cold and it’s a half. how do you remake me a new sandwich that’s supposed to be hot and it’s cold? please hire workers who can follow simple directions

    Spare yourself and avoid going to this location on a Sunday. The staff on this day is remarkably slow, you’ll spend 10-20min in the drive through line, orders are not exact. I’ve asked for extra sauce on my panini to having zero sauce on it, almost as if the preparer didn’t read the modification notes on the order. During the week it’s much better in food quality and service time. BUT AVOID THE SUNDAY CREW, THEY'RE NOT QUICK NOR COMPETENT.

    it’s really disappointing especially when i just want something quick and easy on the go that the drive thru takes AT LEAST 15-20 minutes with only three cars in the drive thru they really need to work on speed and efficiency PLEASEEEEE IM BEGGING i js want soup not to mention they’re not the friendliest

    I keep going before work hoping it won't be 10 to 15 mins in the drivethrough, literally. Mind you, this is with only 1 to 2 cars ahead. My suggestion- don't go here if you are pressed for time in the morning. UPDATE: Sitting in drive thru for 17 minutes. Only 5 cars. I am STILL waiting.
