  Es increíble la cantidad de veces que me han entregado el pedido mal en esta tienda, tanto así que tengo que sacar todo el pedido de las bolsas en la misma tienda para revisar y cuando se hace el reclamo se miran entre los trabajadores como si uno estuviera mintiendo, a veces que estoy sin tiempo y no puedo revisar el pedido, llego a mi casa y me doy cuenta que está mal me faltan cosas o no me dan lo que pido además que es una tienda de comidas rápidas y de eso no tiene nada, es súper lento el servicio he llegado a demorarme 25 min esperando mi pedido que a parte lo despachan mal, súper inconforme con esta tienda lástima que es el único que me queda cerca

  “Please pull around and we will bring it out to you” Regardless of how many item you ordered or if you are the only person in the drive thru line. Every single time.

  The food is similar quality for the most part to other McDonald’s. But they take so long for each order if there is any sort of line. I made a curbside pickup order and I got it an hour after I put my number. They need better time management to get orders out at a decent pace.

  They really need to focus on the details & orders that’s through doordash. This is not the 1st or 2nd time they keep making mistakes on the order or sending the wrong order. First time I said it’s ok mistakes happen , second time I also said the same thing, & what’s worse is when you call them they either don’t answer you or have attitude like if I’m in the wrong when the order is clearly wrong right infront of my eye. I don’t know who’s in charge but you guys really need to do better. If this continues , I will no longer give you my business and make sure to call corporate about their attitude and not following instructions. Mistakes happen a few times but not 80% of the time come on now.. the managers on shift need to really get it together. There’s a McDonald’s in Norco I’d be glad to just get my order from there if that’s the case

  I ordered food on my phone and received a pickup number. However, I waited at the store for half an hour and still hadn't received my order. The store manager was incredibly impatient and interrupted me without even listening to my explanation. He told me to order another dish at the restaurant and didn't even offer to cancel my app order. This whole series of actions is incomprehensible to me.
