  I’ve always enjoyed Chipotle, but this experience was unacceptable. As you can see from the photos, the veggies in my bowl were completely charred to a crisp—literally turned into black charcoal. It was bitter and inedible. What’s even more frustrating is the customer service. I tried to resolve this through the app, but I couldn't get any helpful response or compensation. It feels like they’re happy to take your money but don’t care about the quality of food they serve. Very disappointed with the lack of accountability at this location.

  This one is a lot better than the one on limonite. My portions were good, ordered a single chicken bowl.

  are you kidding me? the portions they give at this chipotle are SAD. $12 for a bowl and it’s barely even half filled up is crazy. Workers don’t seem to understand quality service, do not go here and you’re much better off going to the one in Chino.

  Been to this place a few times. Tried to give them a chance. Figured it was new employees so they didn't understand Customer Service fully or Food Portions. Every time I went they gave really small portions even with double protein. However when I go to the Chipotle in Norco they give good generous portions. Sorry I would rather drive an extra 10 min to one that has better potions for the money. Could never understand why they have to be greedy especially when I'm when I'm paying $20 for a double protein bowl. Upper Management needs to fix this place before they lose too many customers. Chipotle really needs to put scales on the serving line to make it consistent and fair to paying customers.
