  Even hours before closing they won’t have anything or at least act like they don’t…workers seem like they’re trained to “save” the food to not have to make more. Ordered two entrees first one they scraped the bits of the rice when the second entree came to order they finally switched out no rice with new rice which is what they should have done first. No steak, carnitas or Barbacoa. All with two hours left till closing.

  This Chipotle location is easily the most welcoming, friendly, cleanest, well stocked, fastest in the area. I'm lucky to have many Chipotle locations in my way home from work to easily pop into, but this is my new go to. Yes, as others have said there are many new worker/trainees that are adhering to proper portion size, but I have no shame and will just ask for more until I'm satisfied and they don't give any attitude back about it. I will keep buying from this store in the future. Hardly ever a long line and looks to always be workers ready to help in the front and for the drive through lane.

  Just because this Chipotle is pickup only doesn’t mean that customer service is obsolete. I am never greeted, just asked my name- there is never other cars in the drive thru and they don’t look busy. That’s my pet peeve, the least you can do is say hello. This is coming from someone who has worked in food service for a decade. It takes nothing to be polite. Food is always ok.

  Staff were ready and were awesome to me. Were smiling and my Chicken Burrito was so good, wow. Thank you! Some staff cleaned the tables and the floor underneath. Washed their hands right away. Ty.
