  I've come to this location during busy and not busy times and while the staff are friendly, the service is slow. I had to wait 10 minutes at the curbside pick up for my food while they finished making it. There was no line in the drive thru.

  I come here 3 times a week during my commute at 11-12am. There are conveniently 2 intercoms to drive thru, but the line moves SO slow with very few customers? I don’t know if they are short staffed ALWAYS but the wait isn’t worth being late to work every night, have to find one maybe in Mt view, this one is near Home Depot, maybe I’ll try the one off University, this is one is detrimental to my commute from San Jose. I came back on way to night shift on 2/8/26 around 11:15pm, night before was packed, this time empty, pulled up (in a rush) just before someone not so much in a rush. There are 2 intercoms, I was ignored, while 2nd car was helped? I drove to window to order myself. I asked the big girl why was I ignored, she began YELLING (out of guilt) that’s she’s tired of telling me why she has to ignore me? I apologized and thanked her…….food took a while…….and I’ve been in the bathroom at work all night, never, ever again

  I pulled up to drive thru waiting waiting two cars came at the other drive thru she took their orders I said any body here she said can I take your order I said you let two car that wasn't here yet go thru now my order no that's poor customer service and she lied sad I'll go to the one on Bay road.
