Contacted customer service for a refund for about $5.00, that required an investigation, and over an hour of being on the phone. I also called the store directly and the employee I spoke to lied and said orders that werent picked up would be refunded within 24 hours. Finally after 4 days the manager calls me and tells me I either have to put in a dispute with my bank or go through a bunch of extra steps to get a $5.00 check. At this point I'm more mad at the waste of my time than the broken app stealing my money. If I ever do actually visit this store, I will be sure to put in a low review on McD voice as well. I also never got my refund as I already wasted too much time up to that point.

The level of unprofessional service was unacceptable, but what truly crossed the line was the lack of hygiene, with hairs found in my meal, making the food inedible. I purchased food expecting a certain standard of quality and cleanliness, and what I received was both disgusting and a severe breach of public health expectations. It is frankly appalling to have to sort through my food to ensure its edibility; paying for food should come with the assurance that it's clean and safe to consume. This establishment failed on both counts, with staff exhibiting unprofessional conduct and an overall lack of sanitary control. I expect better service and food quality, especially when I am paying for it. Finding hair in my food is absolutely unacceptable, and I will not be returning. I strongly urge management to address these critical issues of hygiene and professionalism to prevent other customers from having such a repulsive experience. If I could rate this location a 0/5, I absolutely would. This is a truly terrible experience, and I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.
