Me, my grandparents, my sister, and my little cousin order food, 7 items in total, and it takes around 30-40 minutes for them to give us the food. I understood, because they may have had online orders or a busy drive-thru. But when I got the food, I opened my chicken wrap that was not supposed to have the spicy sauce, but I open it and it is FILLED with it!! Then my cheeseburger’s patty was pink!! I almost got nauseous!! Never choosing this location again!! :(

Contacted customer service for a refund for about $5.00, that required an investigation, and over an hour of being on the phone. I also called the store directly and the employee I spoke to lied and said orders that werent picked up would be refunded within 24 hours. Finally after 4 days the manager calls me and tells me I either have to put in a dispute with my bank or go through a bunch of extra steps to get a $5.00 check. At this point I'm more mad at the waste of my time than the broken app stealing my money. If I ever do actually visit this store, I will be sure to put in a low review on McD voice as well. I also never got my refund as I already wasted too much time up to that point.
