- SSSuzanneDec 21, 20251.0I went inside the store and tried to order from the kiosk and when it got to the checkout point I kept hitting the checkout button and it wouldn't move forward I looked around for someone to assist me but the girl at the counter saw me turn around and look for help and she ran in the back room. So I left and went to the drive-thru to order the same exact thing that I ordered on the inside which was a triple cheeseburger and then it asked me if I wanted to make it a meal the total came to $8.54. when I went through the drive-thru and tried to order the same thing the person told me they don't have that there they don't have triple cheeseburgers. It seems pretty frequently the kiosks aren't working or there's no one to help you when it freezes up. So I left without buying anything.

I was charging an outrageous price for the stuff that I ordered today not only they didn’t even get my order right but at the end I was missing two sodas and I went in. I was disrespected for the color of my skin. The manager from McDonald’s treated me very wrong just because I’m a Mexican. This is so wrong people like me come here all the time to get food for my family people like me because I come he has a job and he treats me like this. It is so bad so at the end, I ask him for a refund. I did get his name, but he’s the one that has it annoying voice.
