I couldn’t understand her, so I asked her to write the note down for me, but she refused. She will not care about your disability. She even told a young lady not to help me. I am fully Deaf, and she still refused to help me or write anything down. I got so upset that I cried and freaked out because I couldn’t understand what was going on. Thank you to the lady who doesn’t work here who helped me and explained that my order didn’t go through.
