I went to the San Ramon location and loved the energy of the staff and fast service considering it makes food the old fashioned way The keep a pile of fresh potatoes displayed in the dining area inside the restaurant just to make it's made- from -fresh not- frozen..point. For first-time visitors, though, the ordering process can be a bit confusing since you need to specify all the ingredients. After placing your order, you wait for pickup, and meanwhile you can snack on the complimentary peanuts in the waiting area. Overall, decent food but the setup is better suited for customization fans.
