- JJJeanetteDec 20, 20251.0I just purchased two Dubai chocolate icecream bars that were in clear plastic cups, and I found a thin black (or dark brown) hair stuck inside one of the ice cream bars. I wasn’t able to pull it out because it was frozen into the bar. This is extremely disgusting and unhygienic.I called the dublin shop and left voice message to call me back. Edit : I got the refund. I was informed that these ice cream bars are made directly in-store. Given this, I am very concerned about the hygiene practices during preparation. It appeared that proper hair coverings, such as hair nets or caps, may not have been worn while making the ice cream. This is extremely unhygienic and disappointing, especially for a brand like Baskin-Robbins that customers trust for food safety and cleanliness. I would appreciate your attention to this matter and an explanation of how hygiene is managed during in-store production

Every time I go there I just can't ever change flavors man. I always get the fresh Very Berry Strawberry Ice Cream which is my most favorite Ice Cream and for the past 20 years of my life coming to the place, it has been the best Ice Cream place for me to go to for taste and casualness. I enjoy everything there is such as the food, comfort, the atmosphere, service and the very lucky opportunity for me to meet the business owner of the place. I also like their Cookies and Cream flavor too. There is an opportunity, a time and place to try new things at Baskin. I'll try something new next time and get the hang of those flavors.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
