  I had a very frustrating experience at Buffalo Wild Wings due to multiple ordering and billing mistakes. When our server first came over, we clearly told her we would be ordering from the Pick 6 menu. We ordered four drinks, including a strawberry lemonade for one child (which we understood was a $1 upcharge). However, only three sodas arrived. When we asked about the lemonade, the server said she didn’t bring it because she wasn’t sure if we were actually doing the Pick 6—even though we had already told her we were. We then placed our food order. The lemonade still didn’t arrive until the food came out. On top of that, the child who ordered the 3 chicken crispers meal from the Pick 6 menu was instead brought a buffalo chicken sandwich (which is a $3 add-on). We immediately sent it back because that’s not what we ordered. Unfortunately, by the time the correct meal (chicken crispers) came out, the rest of us had already finished eating, so the child had to eat alone. The billing issues were just as bad. We were charged for: Two Pick 6 meals A $3 add-on for the sandwich we never ordered An additional $16 for chicken crispers that should have been included in the Pick 6 This experience showed a lack of attention to detail, poor communication, and incorrect billing. Mistakes can happen, but this many issues in one visit—with no effort to correct them proactively—made for a disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend better staff training and order accuracy checks to prevent this from happening to other customers.

  Never seen cold wings served at BWW... When I brought attention, the same half eaten wings were warmed in a microwave... Ever heard of that before?? The Dublin BWW needs an overhaul if they cannot control a very fundamental expectation from a restaurant customer. Thoroughly disappointed ☹️

  Don't fall for the free discount crap. Apparently alcohol purchases don't count towards the minimum spend to get the free items, which is fine, but they don't tell you that. So when your bill comes you end up paying for everything and not getting the discount. Shady to say the least.
