  Have been seen this advertisement for the Sonic smash cheeseburger it looks so good on TV and I finally went down to go try one and I was so disappointed The burger did not look anything like it is advertised on TV I had an overcooked meat smashed Angus burger supposedly which had no taste thousand Island dressing and chopped onions there was no pickle no lettuce no tomato as a picture shows I ordered two of them one with everything on it The other one with no pickles and no onion, I've never been there it was my first time The speaker was really loud I wanted to go in and order I don't like to go through drive-throughs or service windows like this which I wasn't expecting very disappointed I will never go back there again I expected to get what I wanted I even asked are all the Angus burgers the server said when she came to bring the food actually she was passing by she didn't bring me in my food yet which took an awful long time she said I think so she doesn't even know their menu or no if their meat is Angus Burgers are supposed to be top quality very good meat I've had other places but this is the worst I've ever had I will never go back there again ☹️

  Drive in at 9 am and no one was there. No sign on the drive thru and I couldn't see one on the freeway by door. No sure what was going on.

  Rudest drive thru cashier, I was being polite asking a simple question. I understand how stressful it may be for fast food workers but the young blond women seemed irritated from the start sighing when she was taking my order on the speaker and then simply ignored me while I was still talking to her.

  My family and I sat in our car for over 20 minutes waiting for 3 slushees, 1 large, 2 mini size. I originally ordered on the app at 1:08, Sonic confirmed and said it would be ready by 1:14. We sat until 1:35 and I finally pushed the button asking the operator where our drinks were, he said “they would bring them out now”. Some moments later a young girl walks out with our drinks that are essentially just juice and no longer slushees. I commented that it was just juice now and the girl kindly offered to remake them which was nice… but why was presenting something like that to a customer be acceptable in the first place? In all, we finally got our drink remade and left Sonic at 1:45. Wow… all for just three simple drinks. Not great service.

  As of 7:10 - 720pm We had to recall our order through the speakers mutiple times. The workers working via drivethru didint seem like they wanted to work there at all. My tator tots werent even full it was supposed to be for a large it looks filled half way, To add to that they purposely gave me and my friend watered down refreshers that taste nothing like refreshers and straight water like it was done intentionally as they didint look interested the whole time in serving us and ignored us when we had a question. Slim white girl with blonde hair. I feel management needs to take this location more seriously if they want people to keep coming back i dont see myself going back after 1st time after very rude and ignorant behavior shown here. I used to work for fastfood for 1 to 2 years, and i had coworkers exactly like this where if one customer made them have a bad day they would make sure everyone had a bad day. We had used words like please and thank you as someone who used to work in fast food it would help alot. But also feels like they put something else than water in the drinks it tastes very weird. Like chemicals... overall the girl was very vauge. very rude based off her actions. Im never coming back felt very unsafe. Please please check the cameras from 7:00pm to 7:30pm March 28 2026 i really hope management does see this as i felt it was really unfair :((
