  I am extremely disappointed with the service at this location. I placed a breakfast order through the app at 10:27 AM. By the time I arrived at 10:30 AM, I was told my order had been cancelled because "breakfast is over." While I understand the transition to lunch, the app accepted my payment and confirmed the order. When I spoke to the manager, Armando Gil, he was dismissive and rude. He refused to provide any form of compensation, not even credit, despite the fact that I had already spent the time and gas to get there for an order the store's system verified. I work right next door and visit this McDonald’s frequently, but after being treated like a nuisance instead of a loyal customer, I won’t be coming back. To be told "you just have to pay for something else" after a system error is poor management. Thank you, Armando, for losing a regular customer.

  I went through the drive-thru this morning and had a manager by the name of Nephe he was so nice and so professional there should be more managers and customer service like him thank you very much great job 👍👍👍👍👍

  Customer service is very bad. Keep your eyes open. They make a lot of mistakes. They expect you to come back and bring back the food when you just slept from there in your home already comfortable. They don't realize how you did in the favor to buy food from there and take it home
