Terrible food wasn’t good at all chicken tenders were not crispy batter was sliding off and milk shake ain’t even milk it’s weird never again maybe just for a bag of Ice lol

Service slow...forgot drink when delivering food to car, credit card did not work at car so took inside, then returned card without drink again.

Very disappointed with my visit today, I ordered 3 items 1 small Reese’s sonic blast 1 mini Oreo sonic blast and a mini strawberry cheesecake shake. I received a mini Reese’s sonic blast, I went back to ask if they could fix the issue. I spoke to the girl that was taking orders and she told me to drive up and they would give me the right one, they still made me wait in front of 3 cars while my other two items were melting, and once I got to the window it wasn’t ready I still had to wait and they asked for the one they did bye mistake back, I understand sometimes it’s store policy, but come on you still made me wait when I’ve seen them come out the door to give other people orders and they leave right away. I didn’t even get an apology for their mistake. I’ve work in the food industry and I’m not trying to be harsh but the late night crew needs a little bit of training.

11pm on Friday Jan 30th 26 ordered two large hand turned shakes and spent over 18 dollars to get home to a cup of milk either they know the machines ain't working properly or someone got lazy. My drive is 10 min away not even during summer would it melt that quick shame on that crew on 1/30/36 from 11pm to 11:30 pm they know what they served.
