From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a disgusting odor that makes you question the restaurant's cleanliness. The cashier, Claudia, was extremely hostile and aggressive when speaking to customers, which set the tone for the rest of the experience. The staff at this location clearly lacks basic customer service skills and professionalism. They were loud and engaged in their own personal conversations while customers were present, and it was apparent that they spent more time on break in the dining area than actually working. To top it off, they were blasting TikTok videos on their phones, showing complete disregard for the dining experience. The soda machines were also a huge letdown, with a strange aftertaste—almost like soap or expired syrup. This place is in dire need of management intervention. The lack of hygiene, poor customer service, and overall unprofessionalism make me question how they’re even allowed to remain open. Yet, these employees are getting paid $20 an hour? Unbelievable.
