- UTunknown traveler4 days ago3.0Visited Five Guys recently and left a bit disappointed with the experience. My order was missing the tomatoes I had requested, and there seemed to be some lack of attentiveness during the ordering process. The cashier did not come across as especially professional, which affected the overall experience. While I appreciated the generous portion of fries, the meal overall did not feel quite worth the price. Hoping for a better experience next time.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
