As a regular customer, I’ve typically had good experiences at this location. However, during this visit, the service at the drive-thru was noticeably unprofessional. After placing my order, there was no acknowledgment from the staff member. I waited for over two minutes before saying “hello,” and was met with a rude response: “What do you want?” The tone was dismissive and disengaged, as if the employee was not focused or interested in helping. I repeated my order, but the interaction remained poor. In the end, I chose to leave without completing the purchase, as I didn’t have the time to repeat myself again and deal with poor service. As someone who works in restaurant operations, I understand the value of fast, friendly service—especially in a fast-food setting where speed and customer satisfaction are key. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of those expectations. I could have chosen a sit-down restaurant, but I came here for convenience and efficiency, which I did not receive. Recommendation: It may be beneficial to revisit customer service training with your staff to ensure all employees are attentive, respectful, and focused—especially during morning rush hours.
