  The manager with red hair don’t want change toys because she said is all ready opened when I was just in front her, she said since covid they not change toys and she lie to me front to my son if the toy come in box i have to open it to see what come inside come one that’s a jocking I jut go to other Macdonald’s and some one change it she literally had the bog box with other toys boxes that’s not cool my child was sad for it !

  Worst location ever. Everytime i order here from the app they will miss whole meals and sandwiches. The app has no help at all with this and wont recognize emails sent with feedback even when its 2 different ones and the ones used in the app account! Horrible taste to the food too like the chicken was cooked w feathers. Never eating here again and I ll avoid mcdonalds all together if possible. Horrible app horrible location super greedy, maybe hire some older people that are more competent not a bunch of lazy kids.

  Everytime I go to this specific McDonalds, my app never works, causing me to lose my rewards. Today I waited in line 10 minutes to lose my reward and not be able to get my order because their server wasn't connecting, but it happens every time I go. I tried calling and everytime I called to ask for a manager, I got hung up on. I recommend going to any other McDonalds, or even the Jack in the Box across the street.

  Disappointed!!! Went there just to get the Grinch Salt fries. Surprise!! Gave us the fries, the special bag BUT DID NOT PUT THE INCLUDED PAIR OF SOCKS.. They didn’t even include the “special” Salt for the fries!!! It’s a promotional item and they can’t even get that right. Guaranteed I will not be going there or any McDonald’s again - FOR ANYTHING!!!

  The worse customer service, and on top of that I Oder coffee, chicken nuggets they stated we are out of coffee or chicken nuggets. Why have a restaurant open when they are out of food, and with bad customer service. Date was Sunday December 7th.
