    Who ever the manager or supervisor was on duty at 4:11pm on Oct 11 is rude. I sat in the drive through for a out 10mins and 1 or 2 cars moved, I finally got out the car and ordered seeing 1 to 2 customers inside and the staff barley working. I purchased my fresh and told the worker how long I've been sitting in the drive through and I did not want to wait another 5mins or so for my frys. Instead of him saying sorry about the wait your frys Wil be out shortly, the so called man chose to say "I doubt it's be 10mins the line had bee moving pretty consistent". That's not how you should respond to a customer. Also note that 3 other people that were behind me in line got out and went inside instead.
