  My brother and I visited Buffalo Wild Wings on Friday at approximately 5:40 PM and left around 8:00 PM. He ordered boneless wings and cheesecake, and I ordered a triple chocolate chip cookie skillet, a Buffalo Ranch Chicken Wrap, and two strawberry lemonade drinks. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing due to the excessive wait times. We waited nearly 50 minutes for our food and an additional 30 minutes for our drinks. While the food itself was decent, the service delays significantly impacted our visit. In addition, the staff appeared to be undertrained and lacking sufficient experience, which may have contributed to the long wait and overall service issues. The total bill came to $80, which felt unreasonable given the delays and overall experience. Based on this visit, I would not recommend dining at this location.

  There was crumbs and food all over the place. I had entered the restaurant with my beloved girlfriend, then I had entered seeing the employees chit chatting, I approached one noticed and came to serve for me. He was not audible, and gave slight attitude while I asked for him to repeat himself. The place WAS NOT clean, the floor full of crumbs, and the floor was sorta sticky, as if they don’t mop much. The worker took us the table, And the dirty, and we stood there for a while waiting to clean it up, and not even that, After being inaudible and giving slight attitude, he HAD the audacity to give 2 people only one menu, and it was only for the drinks, no food. It was a complete embarrassment walking in, and I even had to apologize to my girlfriend having to step into that environment, even though IT WAS NOT MY FAULT.

  The worst customer service we asked for a booth and the host said only for party of 5-6 and still told us to wait outside. Walked over to Bjs and was sat at a booth righ away. The host BWW was very rude.

  Can't say how it is to dine since tonight was our 1st attempt. It was packed & we were only 2 ppl. After a 6 minute wait (standard time they tell you is 2 hours) I got a text saying table was ready. The seats were too high for us to get onto & table was small so I asked for a booth or regular table. The girl said okay. I went back inside to ask if would get another text when ready & she said yes. It's been 3 1/2 hours & no text.🤔 Obviously we're at home and stopped waiting after an hour since cold & they don't allow you to wait inside. You only have 5 minutes to check in once texted. We won't make another attempt because it's clear that since we were just 2 ppl they wanted the booths & tables for parties of 3 or more.

  Never coming back to this location for pick up. I haven’t been in 3 years, it’s always something with this location. They messed up my order , gave a portion of my wings with no sauce; and they took a while because they were waiting for the fries . All my food was cold , even the fries.
