I transferred from Rite Aid to Savon Pharmacy inside Albertson's Market in Downey, after all Rite Aids closed. I had nothing but the worst customer service starting with an employee named Richard. They keep putting my medication back on stock because they had the wrong phone number so I told them to please change it and Richard stated need to go on the app. I did but it keeps saying no one found. I went back to Albertson and told Richard, my problem he stated that I have another customer after you which means you could not help me with my problem I was here first he stated does your problem if the app does not find your personal information. I think it's time to change pharmacies because no customer service from Savons.

I repeat three items because I wouldn’t have enough to pay yet goes and says if she was ceo she would make customers buy it whether they had the money or not . If they didn’t they would be put to work washing dishes or doing chores . I had my two daughters with me as a si gel mom never have I’ve been treated this way !
